Join us for the fun! There will be food, live music, street theatre, games and prizes for the children and a silent auction for the adults. Admission is FREE! Auction Information What is a silent auction? It is when the bids are submitted in writing, in this case on a bid sheet placed next to the item (or description of the item) up for auction. All items are set up on tables, the bidder walks around and decides what to bid on. Minimum starting bids are set before the auction, so if an item is tagged with a minimum bid of $10, the starting bid must be least that to be considered. The bidding closes after a pre-determined period of time and the highest bidder wins.
