Please consider taking public transportation, parking may be difficult the day of the event.

Join us for the fun! There will be food, live music, street theatre, games and prizes for the children and a silent auction for the adults. Admission is FREE!

Auction Information

What is a silent auction? It is when the bids are submitted in writing, in this case on a bid sheet placed next to the item (or description of the item) up for auction. All items are set up on tables, the bidder walks around and decides what to bid on. Minimum starting bids are set before the auction, so if an item is tagged with a minimum bid of $10, the starting bid must be least that to be considered. The bidding closes after a pre-determined period of time and the highest bidder wins.

You can help us make the auction one to remember by donating a product or service or soliciting donations from a third party.

Some Donation & Solicitation Suggestions:

  • A gift card from your favorite establishment
  • Tickets to an event (sporting, concert, movie tickets)
  • A theme basket (wine & cheese, toys, New DVD & popcorn)
  • Your talents (handyman services, babysitting services, computer services, baked and/or cooked goods, music lessons, cooking lessons, catering services, hosting a birthday party, photo session, etc. )

We also need to solicit advertisements from local merchants which we will then place in our program booklet. If you wish to help, please contact the Auction Committee.
